Progressive Relapsing Ms

Progressive relapsing MS (PRMS) – In this type of disease neurological functions are getting worse steadily, but a person is experiencing occasional relapses periodically as well. PRMS is very uncommon and it affects only about 5% of all multiple sclerosis patients with PRMS. It is sometimes hard to make a distinction between this type and Primary-progressive MS, which is why it can be challenging to diagnose at first.
